Free shipping is available for all products on the #BQEDC Official Store. All taxes and fees are borne by #BQEDC.
Shipping Cutoff Time & Delivery Time
Our products usually will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment according to different areas normally, unless there are exceptional circumstances. You will receive an email with a tracking number once it is shipped out.

Free shipping only occurs in the United States except for the following areas:
• Alaska
• American Samoa
• Guam
• Hawaii
• Marshall Islands
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Palau
• Puerto Rico
• Rhode Island
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Armed Forces Americas
• Armed Forces Europe
• Armed Forces Pacific
*Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Exceptions
Packages may be delivered late if a national holiday occurs or some other exceptional circumstances, like a weather issue or natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or flood) or Covid-Related impacts ,etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable.
#BQEDC is not responsible for the above shipment delays. However, #BQEDC will try our best to keep you updated and ensure the shipment arrives as soon as it can be resumed in the affected area.
Missing or lost packages
If a package goes missing or delivers to an incorrect address, please contact #BQEDC customer support at info@bqedc.com with your order number.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact #BQEDC customer support at info@bqedc.com with your order number.
What can I do if the product I received is not in good condition?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bqedc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
